Senior Advisor

Enith Williams founded and leads the Reparations Finance Lab (RFL) following an international career spanning finance and the public sector. She served as an international banker at Merrill Lynch and worked with various economic development agencies for the Government of Jamaica.

Enith has extensive capital markets experience, having served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Export-Import Bank of Jamaica and Barita Investments Ltd., Jamaica. Additionally, she was a member of the enterprise team for 138 Student Living, the first Caribbean purpose-built student housing developed in partnership with the University of the West Indies, Mona.
