VP - Portfolio Value Creation

Aaron Barcant is Vice President of Portfolio Value Creation at Intentional Asset Management, responsible for supporting portfolio companies across the fund’s food systems, agriculture, and climate-resilient infrastructure investments. He works directly with management teams to strengthen operations, improve execution, and accelerate sustainable growth.

Aaron brings hands-on experience advising Caribbean farms and food enterprises on climate-smart production, operational systems, and go-to-market strategy. He has led the design and launch of controlled-environment agriculture facilities and managed complex, capital-intensive infrastructure projects across the Caribbean and Latin America, including marine and coastal assets. His background also includes operational oversight during industrial asset transitions, supporting continuity and risk management.

With a foundation in environmental systems, applied agricultural research, and Caribbean political economy, Aaron applies a practical, systems-oriented approach to portfolio support, focused on operational resilience, scalability, and long-term value creation for investors.
